Mission Statement

Writer's Ink is a non-profit organization solely run by high school volunteers. Since our early beginnings in 2014, our goal has been to redefine creative writing and English literacy education. It wasn’t too long ago when we too were young kids struggling to write. We want to give back to the community by helping others develop a life-long passion for writing. Ordinary language classes teach concept, and of course, that’s vitally important. However what sets us apart from others is that we encourage kids to use their inner creativity to make their own imaginative stories. We don't just teach them how to write—we teach them to love to write!
